REFUND POLICY

At CAUVE CASES, all products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner Printify, using selected suppliers including WOYC. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect model selection
  • Size, color, or design preference
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or refund in accordance with Printify’s policies. No return of the damaged item is required unless requested.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • The wrong item or design was sent

Issues reported after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or print-on-demand items
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item qualifies due to damage or error, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days unless the item is custom-made or print-on-demand.

As all CAUVE CASES products are made to order, this right of withdrawal does not apply, except where the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is up to 10 business days
  • Bank or card providers may take additional time to post the refund
